NT จับมือ Security Pitch เปิด PATTAYA SMART POLE ยกระดับพัทยาสู่ Smart City ระดับโลก
บริษัท ซีเคียวริตี้ พิทช์ (Security Pitch) และ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) (NT) ได้ลงนามความร่วมมือครั้งใหม่ ต่อยอดจากการลงนามเป็นพันธมิตรพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีด้านความปลอดภัยแบบบูรณาการเสริมความเชื่อมั่นดิจิทัลระดับชาติก่อนหน้านี้ สู่โครงการเชิงพาณิชย์ที่เป็นรูปธรรม เปิดตัว PATTAYA SMART POLE Network by OneForce เครือข่ายสื่อดิจิทัลและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอัจฉริยะบนเสา Smart Pole 5G Smart City ในเมืองพัทยา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยี 5G, ระบบ IoT, สื่อโฆษณาดิจิทัล (Digital Signage) และระบบความปลอดภัยสาธารณะ (Public Safety) ในการยกระดับเมืองพัทยาสู่เมืองอัจฉริยะระดับโลก พร้อมขับเคลื่อนมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจในพื้นที่ ช่วยให้แบรนด์เข้าถึงนักท่องเที่ยวไทย ต่างชาติ คนในพื้นที่พัทยาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถวัดผลได้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีของ Security Pitch
พิธีลงนามความร่วมมือนี้จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ สำนักงานบริการลูกค้า NT ศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยภายในงานมี คุณปิยะ รัชตวรคุณ ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่กลุ่มขายและปฏิบัติการลูกค้า ภาคตะวันออก บริษัทโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) และ คุณปกรณ์ ทองจีน ผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งและประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ซีเคียวริตี้ พิทช์ จำกัด เข้าร่วมลงนามพร้อมพยานทั้งสองฝ่าย ในสัญญาการใช้เสาและอุปกรณ์ที่ติดตั้งบนเสา Smart Pole 5G Smart City เมืองพัทยา เพื่อดำเนินโครงการเมืองอัจฉริยะและใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์จากเสาและอุปกรณ์ Smart Pole 5G Smart City ของ NT ในพื้นที่เมืองพัทยา เช่น การให้บริการสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ สื่อโฆษณาดิจิทัล (Digital Signage) ระบบเมืองอัจฉริยะ (Smart City) ระบบ IoT และระบบความปลอดภัยสาธารณะ (Public Safety) ความร่วมมือดังกล่าวยังครอบคลุมถึงการสนับสนุนแพลตฟอร์มระบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลป้ายทะเบียนยานพาหนะ (AI LPR) และการจัดสรรเวลาออกอากาศเพื่อใช้แจ้งข่าวสารสาธารณะหรือประกาศฉุกเฉินให้แก่เมืองพัทยาเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะอย่างยั่งยืน

การลงนามความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งความคืบหน้าที่ต่อยอดจากความร่วมมือระหว่าง บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ NT และ บริษัท ซีเคียวริตี้ พิทช์ จำกัด (Security Pitch) ผู้พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยชั้นนำของประเทศไทย ซึ่งได้ลงนามเป็นพันธมิตรพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีด้านความปลอดภัยแบบบูรณาการ เสริมความเชื่อมั่นดิจิทัลระดับชาติ เมื่อวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2568 โดยมีเป้าหมายสำคัญในการยกระดับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัล เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะ (Smart City) และยกระดับความปลอดภัยของเมืองท่องเที่ยวทั่วประเทศ
เมืองพัทยา ซึ่งเป็นทั้งเมืองเศรษฐกิจและเมืองท่องเที่ยวสำคัญของประเทศ จึงเป็นพื้นที่นำร่องในการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือดังกล่าว ผ่านการพัฒนาและต่อยอดโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลบนเครือข่าย Pattaya Smart Pole ที่ทำหน้าที่ทั้งเป็นสื่อดิจิทัลกลางเมืองและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานรองรับบริการ Smart City โดยโครงการนี้ถือเป็นรูปธรรมแรกที่สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า ความร่วมมือระหว่าง NT และ Security Pitch ได้ต่อยอดสู่การให้บริการจริงในพื้นที่เมืองท่องเที่ยวแล้ว
คุณปกรณ์ ทองจีน Co-Founder & CEO บริษัท ซีเคียวริตี้ พิทช์ จำกัด (Security Pitch) กล่าวว่า “โครงการนี้จะเกิดขึ้นไม่ได้เลยหากไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือจาก NT เพราะนี่คือหนึ่งในโครงการ Flagship ของประเทศ พัทยาเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวระดับโลกที่มีนักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางมาเยือนกว่า 18 ล้านคนต่อปี การยกระดับให้พัทยาเป็น Smart City จึงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการเพิ่มศักยภาพและดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวจากทั่วโลก นอกจากนี้ Pattaya Smart Pole จะไม่ได้เป็นเพียงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของเมืองอัจฉริยะ แต่ยังเป็นสื่อดิจิทัลสำหรับการประชาสัมพันธ์และสร้าง Brand Awareness ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ทั้งแบรนด์ไทยและแบรนด์ระดับโลกเข้ามาใช้ประโยชน์ได้ในอนาคต ระบบจะนำ AI มาใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการเคลื่อนไหวของประชากรและนักท่องเที่ยวแบบเรียลไทม์ เพื่อให้ผู้บริหารเมืองสามารถกำหนดนโยบายและบริหารจัดการเมืองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นบนพื้นฐานของข้อมูล (Data-driven City Management) และนี่จะเป็นจุดหนึ่งที่จะดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย เข้าสู่พัทยา และทำให้มูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจของพัทยาเพิ่มขึ้น มั่นใจว่าเป็น Landmark ใหม่ที่จะดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวให้อยากจะมาใช้บริการ Smart Pole ของพัทยา”

PATTAYA SMART POLE Network by OneForce คืออะไร และพื้นที่ติดตั้ง
PATTAYA SMART POLE Network by OneForce คือเครือข่ายเสาอัจฉริยะ หรือ Smart Pole ภายใต้โครงการ Pattaya 5G Smart City ที่นำเสาและอุปกรณ์ของ NT ในพื้นที่เมืองพัทยาและเกาะล้านมาต่อยอดใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์และบริการเมืองอัจฉริยะ โดย Security Pitch ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทผู้นำด้าน Smart City และ ด้านความปลอดภัยของประเทศไทย ได้เข้ามาบริหารจัดการผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม OneForce และ OneFence เพื่อให้เสาเหล่านี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงเสาติดจอโฆษณา แต่เป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลของเมือง ที่สามารถรองรับได้ทั้งสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ สื่อโฆษณาดิจิทัลอัจฉริยะ ระบบ IoT และระบบความปลอดภัยสาธารณะอัจฉริยะในอนาคต

สำหรับจุดเด่นและการทำงานของ Pattaya Smart Pole ประกอบด้วย 4 แกนหลักสำคัญ ได้แก่
- พลิกโฉมสื่อ OOH ด้วย AI วิเคราะห์แม่นยำ (AI-Driven OOH Advertising): ในเฟสแรกจะมุ่งเน้นการใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ผ่านสื่อโฆษณานอกบ้าน โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี AI ร่วมกับกล้องบนเสาอัจฉริยะเพื่อวัดผลยอดการมองเห็น (Eyeballs) ในจุดยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญ เช่น ริมหาดพัทยา แหลมบาลีฮาย และเกาะล้าน ช่วยให้แบรนด์สามารถติดตาม ประเมินผล และวางแผนแคมเปญได้อย่างแม่นยำ ซึ่งเป็นข้อได้เปรียบที่เหนือกว่าสื่อป้ายแบบเดิม

- ศูนย์กลางเชื่อมต่อ IoT Gateway ครอบคลุมระดับกิโลเมตร: ตัวเสาจะทำหน้าที่เป็นโครงสร้างกายภาพ (Physical Infrastructure) ในการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณความเร็วสูง ซึ่งคาดว่าจะครอบคลุมพื้นที่ในรัศมีระดับกิโลเมตร เพื่อรองรับการเชื่อมต่อกับอุปกรณ์ IoT และโซลูชันแห่งอนาคต อาทิ ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยในที่พักอาศัย (Intrusion Home Security) และระบบติดตามทรัพย์สิน (Asset Tracking)
- บริหารจัดการเบ็ดเสร็จด้วยแพลตฟอร์ม OneForce และ OneFence: ซีเคียวริตี้ พิทช์ ได้นำแพลตฟอร์มอัจฉริยะ OneForce และ OneFence เข้ามาเป็นแกนหลักในการควบคุมระบบ AI และบริหารจัดการโครงข่ายเสา Smart Pole ทั้งหมด เพื่อขับเคลื่อนระบบนิเวศ เมืองอัจฉริยะ (Smart City) ของพัทยาอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ

NT Partners with Security Pitch to Launch PATTAYA SMART POLE, Elevating Pattaya to a World-Class Smart City
Security Pitch Co., Ltd. (Security Pitch) and National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT) have signed a new cooperation agreement, building on their previous partnership to develop integrated security technologies and marking its first commercial implementation through the launch of the PATTAYA SMART POLE Network by OneForce. The project combines a digital media network with smart city infrastructure deployed on Pattaya’s 5G Smart Poles, leveraging 5G, IoT, digital signage, and public safety technologies to elevate Pattaya into a world-class smart city, drive economic value in the area, and enable brands to connect more effectively with Thai and international tourists, as well as Pattaya residents, through measurable, data-driven insights powered by Security Pitch’s technology.
The signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement was held on July 9, 2026, at NT’s Service Center Sriracha in Chonburi, where Mr. Piya Ratchataworakun, Executive Vice President – Eastern Region Sales and Operations Group, National Telecom Public Company Limited, and Mr. Pakorn Thongjeen, Co-Founder & CEO, Security Pitch, signed, together with witnesses from both parties. An agreement govern the use of poles and equipment installed on the NT’s “Smart Pole 5G Smart City” in Pattaya City to implement smart city initiatives and commercially utilize NT’s “Smart Pole 5G Smart City” and equipment in Pattaya, including public relations media services, digital advertising media, smart city systems, IoT systems, and public safety systems. The cooperation also covers support for the License Plate Recognition (AI LPR) platform and the allocation of broadcast time for public information or emergency announcements for Pattaya City to advance sustainable smart city development.

This cooperation agreement aims to strengthen Thailand’s digital infrastructure to support smart city development and enhance safety across tourism destinations nationwide. It marks a significant milestone in the ongoing partnership between National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT) and Security Pitch, one of Thailand’s leading security technology developers, following their strategic agreement signed on 15 July 2025 to jointly develop integrated security technologies.
Pattaya, as both a major economic city and a key tourist destination of the country, has therefore been selected as a pilot area for advancing this cooperation through the development and expansion of digital infrastructure on the Pattaya Smart Pole network, which serves both as an urban digital media platform and as infrastructure supporting smart city services, with this project representing the first tangible implementation demonstrating that the cooperation between NT and Security Pitch has now progressed to actual service delivery in a main tourist city.

PATTAYA SMART POLE Network by OneForce is a smart pole network developed under the Pattaya 5G Smart City initiative. The project extends the capabilities of NT’s existing smart pole infrastructure across Pattaya and Ko Lan, transforming it into a platform for commercial applications and smart city services.
The network is managed by Security Pitch, one of Thailand’s leading smart city and security technology companies, through its OneForce and OneFence platforms. More than a digital advertising network, the smart poles serve as a digital infrastructure capable of supporting public information services, smart digital media, IoT connectivity, and intelligent public safety applications, with the flexibility to accommodate additional smart city services in the future.

The key strengths of Pattaya Smart Pole comprise four principal pillars:
- Transforming OOH Media with Precise AI Analysis (AI-Driven OOH Advertising): In the first phase, the project will focus on commercial utilization through out-of-home advertising, using AI technology together with cameras installed on smart poles to measure Eyeballs at key strategic locations such as Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Cape, and Ko Lan, enabling brands to accurately track, evaluate, and plan campaigns, which provides an advantage over conventional billboard media.
- Advancing to a Wireless Public Safety Network: In the next phase, Smart Poles will be developed as infrastructure supporting a citywide “wireless security network” across Pattaya, integrated with the intelligent vehicle license plate analysis system (AI LPR) to enhance Public Safety.

In the next phase, Security Pitch, one of Thailand’s leading security technology developers, and its partners plan to expand PATTAYA SMART POLE Network by OneForce beyond a digital advertising display network, with the goal of enabling Pattaya Smart Pole to support more smart city features, such as upgrading the city’s intelligent public safety management network using LoRaWAN technology to help track the locations of boats and vehicles from the Pattaya beachfront to Ko Lan, providing accurate coordinates for every vehicle, allowing relevant authorities to dispatch timely and targeted assistance if any boat loses contact or experiences a malfunction, and providing data on vehicles using the roads during festivals for use in city management.
There are also plans to add electric motorcycle charging docks, allowing electric motorcycles to be charged from Pattaya Smart Poles to promote clean energy use in Pattaya; expand the emergency alert system to support more languages for international tourists; and provide secure, high-quality public Wi-Fi, among other services, helping Smart Poles become digital infrastructure that systematically connects the city, brands, tourists, and data.
